Our Cleaning Process

Clean the cabinets, handles, and drawers (outside only).
Disinfect or wash the sink, faucet, tap, and surfaces.
Clean the bathroom mirror.
Dust the lights.
Clean cobwebs and the vents.
Clean the toilet surfaces and scrub the inside.
Wipe the window sills from fingerprints and other smudges.
Clean the shelves.
Vacuum the carpets.
Wash the shower glass, inside and out.
Wash the shower walls.
Wash and scrub the tub.
Clean and disinfect any other objects.
Sweep or mop the floor.
Empty the garbage.
Clean doors and handles.
Clean the switch lights.

Dust furniture, picture frames, vents, floor lamps, table lamps, objects.
Remove cobwebs.
Clean dressing mirrors.
Vacuum carpets.
Empty the trash.
Vacuum the clear areas in the closets.

Spot clean cabinet and drawer faces, clean underneath light appliances.
Clean fridge surfaces and handles.
Wash the stove, disinfect all the surfaces.
Disinfect the sink, faucet, and tap.
Empty the garbage bins and replace with new bags.
Clean the garbage areas.
Clean and disinfect tables.
Clean the inside of the microwave.
Clean all kitchen appliances and polish stainless steel appliances.
Clean glass doors.
Vacuum and mop.

Move lighter furniture to clean behind and underneath.
Dust lamps.
Dust electronics.
Dust shelves and picture frames.

Standard Cleaning
As professional cleaners, we recommend having your home deep cleaned at least twice per year and recurring maid service every other week. Each home and family is unique. Some may need weekly service. Some may only need or want monthly service. No matter your home care and cleaning need, we have a team ready to serve your family.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning should be done a minimum of twice per year for all homes. Ideally, a home is deep cleaned once per quarter. A deep clean is going to get to unruly baseboard dust, corners and crevices, tops of ceiling fans, vents, and other areas not seen in a first glance. And, it is especially critical to do if you do not have regular maid service.
Move In / Move Out Cleaning
Moving can be stressful enough. Whether you’re moving into a new house and want the space thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to moving your belongings in or taking care of the same for a new family to take over the space, Sojo Services is here to help.
